Created by Osteopath Dr. Blair Kelly & Choreographer Sian Kelly, this unique program targets problem areas caused by sedentary lifestyles.

Movement promotes tissue health, lubricates joints, and enhances blood flow to muscles. Modern work environments limit the individuals ability to regularly engage the body with these needs. This program offers a fun and engaging strategy to counteract the effects of long hours at the desk.

Dr. Blair Kelly

This program was inspired by Blairs time working as an osteopath. He noticed many of his patients, primarily desk workers, suffered from aches and pains due to prolonged sitting. After helping to treat and rehabilitate these conditions, he wanted to create a resource for self-managing effects of desk work.

To address this issue, he developed an online program focused on targeted movement counteracting sitting posture. He collaborated with his sister Sian, who brought creativity and movement expertise to the project. Blair also curated the soundtrack for each session from his favourite record labels.

Sian Kelly

Choreographer

Sian developed a passion for dance early on and trained at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance. Now a full-time professional dance teacher and choreographer, she’s working on projects such as Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony in Birmingham UK, & Tones and I’s music video.

Continuing her work around the world, Sian has also choreographed for the World Expo in Dubai, won the Australian hip hop championships and competed at the World hip hop championships.

Sian also runs her own shows and teaches dance students at all levels - from beginner to advanced. Sian is a passionate co-founder and perfect person to bring Groove To Move to life.
